Paytm — Regarding Refund of order[protected] | |||
Hi I have purchased "Jazzup Chiffon Pink Color Dress For Girls " from paytm website on 17th March, 2015. And I received the item on 25th March, 2015. However the dress size is large and I decided to return the item to Paytm. I have raised return request to them and they agreed for reverse pickup. After many reminders finally they arrange reverse pickup on 18th April, 2015 and taken the product from us. They haven't refund the money till now. After again many reminders in email, they were not able to trace the product is reached to their seller or not. The courier has not given AWB to us and we were also not known about the product. Till now neither paytm customer care traced it nor they given refund to me. They stopped responding my emails also. Was this information helpful? | |||
