Paytm — Replacement / return of defective item received

Dear Mam/Sir, I am very disappointed with my experience with paytm.com. This is my first purchase on paytm.com. Please find the details which I reported to paytm.com at [protected]@paytm.com and [protected]@paytm.com on 18 Mar 15, 19 Mar 15 and latest on 26 Mar 15 to [protected]@paytm.com via email as a third and last stage of grievance redressal system of paytm.com however no response is received against this. Please find the initial letter complaint sent via email in the quote. " Air Force Station, Barrackpore 19 Mar 15 The Customer Care Manager, paytm.com, RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT : PAYTM ORDER #[protected] Dear Mam/Sir, 1. Refer my complaint email of dated 18 Mar 15 to your customer care regarding newly purchased laptop from paytm. 2. I do not understand your email reply of "Replacement/Exchange is not available", as while purchasing the item your return policy page mentions as shown below:- Return Policy We would be open to accepting returns within a period of 15 days from the date of delivery of the item. This is only in the case of damaged/ defective/ wrong products received. In such cases, please inform our customer care within 24 - 48 hours of product delivery. Also share a few photographs of the product and packaging, highlighting the issue with the product. 3. I would like to mention that I received the defective product from your end with the defect " laptop does not power on with battery" and " amber light flickering with AC power cable connected means battery not charging at all". I reported the issue within 24 hrs of receipt of the laptop via email to your customer care. Further I report in details the defect of the received laptop within two days of receipt of defective item. As per your return policy mentioned while purchasing I am eligible for return/replacement of the defective product. 4. In view of this, I feel cheated with your advice to me for contacting with Acer Service Centre for warranty repair as my case is not of warranty issue, instead it is the issue of defective product supply from your end. This is my very first experience with the paytm.com. 5. Further, let me mention to you that I online buyer from flipkart, infebeam and snapdeal for electronics item and I found their customer support to be very good and I got replacement / refund of my money against return of defective product as per the return/replacement policy. 6. In view of this I would like to have return/replacement of the laptop supplied to me by paytm.com and refund of the money I paid for the purchase of laptop. 7. Looking forward for favourable reply from you accepting my return/replacement of the defective product (laptop) as mentioned in your return policy while purchasing the item and refund the money accordingly. I followed the procedure of reporting the issue however no response on relpacement/return of defective item is received from paytm.com. I paid through credit card. I look forward that my complaint gets resolved and I get replacement of defective laptop or return of defective laptop with refund of money. Dear Mam/Sir,

I received the defective laptop from paytm.com and even after complaining to [protected]@paytm.com, my complaint is not resolved.

Ordered Symphony Silver White Personal Cooler through Order No. [protected] on 26th May 2018. Received a defective piece with Product Serial No.[protected] on 29th May 2018. Defect: The Swing is not working. Please replace the item with a new one.
