[Resolved]  Paytm — reversal of cash

I had returned the item LINK+ 10000mAh power bank ( white) which was delivered on 22nd June 2014 worth Rs 1099 and was returned on 5th july 2014 because it is not working properly. The Order ending with no. 97635 was been picked up by JaVAS on 5th July. It was said by you that the refund will be processed once the shipment will get delivered back to the Merchant and it will take 20days. But yet money have not been refunded I am continuously telling my problem to them from past 20 days but I am ain't getting response from their side and even after mailing them, they are not taking the matter seriously. There was not a single reply from their side. I am writing for requesting for a refund money.I even have the pay slip with me. I am really feeling to abuse badly... I have been so badly irritated that i wont use any such things in future ever.
