Paytm — Selling Duplicate Product

Recently I Bought Skull Candy Headset for 179 which they showed MRP for 2499 and offer price as 179 but when I am receiving the product i very disappointed because Its the duplicate and Its not even worth for 30 Rupees and its the damaged one I asked replacement for Paytm and they are replying as "I'd like to inform you that there are 10 days seller warranty on OEM In Ear Headphones (S2IKDZ-144) (Black And Gold), so please visit your nearest service centre for the same along with invoice." So Please resolve this issue as soon as possible like me any other going to suffer
