Paytm — Sent wrong product, asking customer for giving proof, asking customer for sending it back | |||
I ordered a body mist 'Victoria's secret, Such a flirt' from paytm. Order# is [protected]. Instead of body mist they sent me body lotion. When I tried to call their complain number, they asked me to send photographs as a proof rather then believing me and accepting their mistake. Now after verifying, They are asking me to send that wrong product to the address mentioned by them. In fact they should send their personnel for return pick up. Was this information helpful? | |||
