Paytm — unauthorised payment made from my paytm wallet | |||
Hi, its really disappointing to know that an unauthorised payment was made, using my paytm wallet; with leftover amt ₹0.00.. Details are (paytm ORDER =[protected] paytm Wallet Txn ID= 2D60047DF9B79955). Unfortunately on same day i.e on 7th May 2015; a amt of ₹748.00, got debited from My Axis Bank acc.: & later got SMS which states; (your a/cxxxxxx12344 is debited INR 748 on [protected]:58:19 info: ECOM PUR/PAYTM/ NOIDA/PAYTM); why wasn't there any intimation nor any prior consent involved.? Lastly M still confused & unable to understand WTF is going around; kindly need your expertise to confirm whether deductions were genuine or Not.. do Help Me. ..Thanks... *** hoping both issues will get be solved today itself... I also faced the same issue as you, Since this last two months of October and November 2018 itself I lost 67500 from my account using my credit and debit card details all are paytm transactions only. These cyber culprits have hacked my details and hacked otp too. I am completely clueless and helpless also, bank is not ready to take liability as this happened using otp also and even police peolple also have no idea saying how is it possible to hack my otp. I am too frustrated and kindly help me on this regard.
