Paytm — Unethical behaviour | |||
I have purchased an induction cooktop through Paytm.com on 4th aug 2015 and they have delivered damaged(broken) product, after that I have raised a request for return pickup, and they have done and refunded my amount. Second time I have purchased another induction cooktop through the same online portal. This time they have delivered defective product, So I have placed a complaint through the paytm website itself with stating "Damage product received(there was no option to mention Defective product received)". They replied me to send images of the product and images of the invoice. And I have sent the same. They mailed me and stated that " Sir, we couldn't find any damages " . So I called to their customer service and explained the same, they were promised me to solve the problem asap, but they didn't. Again I have called them again they have promised me. They have done like this for thrice. At fourth time kept me on hold for 30 minutes, and they didn't answer anything. And they have sent mail stating that " Sir, your product is under warranty, so please contact respective induction cooktop service center". Here the thing most of the times they are delivering the defective and damaged products to the customers . they are simply encouraging unauthorized sellers. Finally I have contacted respective induction cooktop service center, and they replied me that" Kindly contact to the online portal through which the product was purchased". Rs 199 Money debited from my account but not recharge, so refund my money to my bank account or paytm wallet.
