Paytm — Wallet charged while the transaction failed | |||||
This issue is dated 07th march 2016, when i tried to book movie tickets for "jai gangajal" by using cinepolis app. The payment was made using paytm wallet. The transaction was stuck somewhere and it resulted in some error condition. Meanwhile the amount as charged from my paytm wallet. I have presumed that as happens in all online transactions, i would automatically get my refund back in my wallet. But after waiting for more than a week i have not received any such information. I have then written several mails to [protected]@paytm.com, but they have maintained that i must contact cinepolis customer care for the resolution of this issue. We feel that Paytm service is very Bad, paytm Representative have no that knowledge that can convince the client
