Paytm — Wrong item delivered - Zero customer service | |||
Dear Sir or Madam, I had ordered a Lenovo hard disk from "Paytm Inc." on 23rd March, 2015. Payment was done online and the order was placed instantly. I received the order on 26th March, 3 days after placing the order. I have attached pictures related to the same. The HDD model I placed an order was F310s and I have received F309 which is a previous version. I had written a mail to the support team about the issue about 8 times and received no response. I had called the number that was provided on the invoice and it made me wait 1 and a half hour asking me to hold the line until they connect to one of the customer care representative.
