Paytm — Wrong product deliver by paytm

Dear sir

i have order-[protected] contact-[protected] a mobile asus zenfone 2 laser but paytm.com is sand me wrong product samsung brand...and i am already register more complaint to paytm but no resolution provide by paytm.. my refund amount-9274 credit on 04.06.2016 but debit same day.. (remark-wrongly refunded)
i request you to please help me on this mater
