Paytm — Wrong product delivered and fraudulent withdrawal of Wallet money

I have ordered Prestige Omega Deluxe Granite Non-Stick Cookware Kadhai - 260 Mm on 24th April '15 and received Hawels Exhaust fan at the time of delivery. Meantime i have received a cash back of Rs.548 on 27-4-15 and it was subsequently withdrawn (Fraudulently) After initiating the return Paytm refunded Rs.822/- which was also Fraudulently withdrawn from my wallet. I have complained repeatedly to [protected]@paytm.. which not yielded proper answers. i have attached my wallet details which is self explanatory. Please provide Justices.
