Paytm — wrong product shipped

Dear Sir, Before proceeding legally i want to express my complaint with you. I have purchased a laptop with paytm on 23rd Feb 2015, model is Lenovo G50-30(80G0015LGIN), I GOT LenovoG50-30(80G000LGIN) The item name you have mentioned as Lenovo Ideapad (G50-30) (80G0015GIN/80G0015LGIN) (Pentium Quad Core-3530/4GB/1 TB/15.6 Inches/Windows 8.1)(Black) In this there are two model numbers mentioned.So before purchasing itself i have contacted you agent through mail and asked that there is two model number in that 80G0015LGIN model number is no there with lenovo.Your agent said that you will be getting 80G0015GIN model laptop. Based on this i have purchased your laptop.But i got 80G000LGIN which i dint purchased. I am sending the images of bill and bill from paytm.You can refer to both the bills there is a model number mismatch. Due to this i asked for return the product on the same day of delivery after taking 1week time now you paytm agent is saying that they cant take return as they have sent correct model.I have all documents that which model i have purchased and which model i have got. Still the product is unused and sealed.I have not yet started using.At any cost i want refund and want to return the product as don't want to buy this product. I will wait for your response. regards Krishna
