Payu Money — Miss behave during call/ abusive behaviour

I would like to complaint regarding the abusive behaviour from one of the employees name tauseeb team lead with payu money. During the call tauseeb put my call on hold intentionally without asking any permission from me and i overheard him using abusive language like "chod". I tried speaking to the assistant manager mr. Govind from where i have only received email stating that
"dear mr. Dusaj,
Greetings from payumoney!!
As discussed over the phone, your issue has been addressed.

Payumoney support"

Up and above after this tauseeb is involving the issue in my personal life & behaving unprofessional due to which thing are getting very serious in my family issues.

I have tried reaching to the chief people officer name: mr. Gurjodh who did not took any interest in this matter and mentioned we will get back to you.

Why mr tauseeb is passing such confidential and serious matter with other employees which hampers the personal life of the person (Me).

Request you to please get this resolved as dragging a professional issue to someone's personal life is an offence.
