PayUMoney — Money Not Refunded | |||
The Payment ID: 45959148 is not yet sorted though i have submitted all the necessary details such as bank statement and credit card statement. Issue: on the 12th Jun i made a transaction for an amount of INR 703 for a service from Dominos (order #141) but later got a message saying the transaction failed, immediately i paid the money from my Citi credit card for order # 169 for which i have received the service. However the 1st payment has been debited from my HDFC account. When consulted with PayuMoney team, they said to wait for about 5 working days the bank will reimburse, which did not happen. When contacted the bank they said the transaction was successful and the money is been debited and have sent a message(attached). I sent an email on the 16th Jun to Payumoney, they said the issue is been noted and they will do the needful(ticket #526898.) Someone called me and said they don't have my transaction details and transferred the call to Aparna with whom i explained the situation. She said it will be rectified. On the 25th Jun i sent the bank and credit card statement details along with the response from my bank confirming the transaction. Today I got a call from Naveen (who was kind enough on the call) saying the same old thing that they don't have details, for which i did explain saying that i have submitted all the necessary details in regards to the same by email. Will you be kind enough to check with the above and let me know how i should proceed with this. FYI: I have been taking Dominos service for almost 4 to 5 years and never faced any issues. It may sound for you like a small amount, however it really matters for people like me. Payumoney — Redbus refund not credited to bank
Your refund request of Rs 1017.00 against proposal no: 74021158 received from IBIBO GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days.--received this msg on may 5th, but still the amount not refunded to Bank.
Please escalate this to higher level and process immediately... !
