PayUMoney — Non availability of Receipt after making payment thru payUmoney. | |||||
Today on 24 Nov., 2016 at 6.16 am I made a HP Electricity bill payment online using payU. While the payment transaction of Rs. 754.81 did go through flawlessly vide a transaction confirmation sms from my SBI Credit Card service provider, I did not get the RECEIPT DOCUMENT FOR THIS TRANSACTION. As it is, I have no proof of this payment besides the SMS note from SBI. The payUmoney did not give me a receipt, which earlier on I used to get and I usualy save it on file in my computer. Ps. check your transaction account and provide me with this Receipt asap. Also, I request you to check your system for its inability to generate this receipt and rectify the fault.
