PayUMoney — Not allowing to transfer amount to a bank account | |||||
Hi, I am trying to transfer amount from my payumoney account to my bank account but it is not allowing me to do so because of mobile number verification. I have lost my cellphone while travelling abroad and there is no possibility to re-issue same sim provider and number (as I am staying abroad now). So, I have emailed Payumoney regarding mobile number update or do the email verification to authenticate me and allow me to transfer my money to bank account. But Payumoney team is harassing and denying me to transfer the amount which is against the rules and policies.
