PayUMoney — Not giving refund of my money | |||||
I ordered mobile phone gionee F103 from syberplace.com and paid money using payUmoney on 4th March, 2016. But due tonot dispatching mobile within provided time limit i complined at payUmoney on 19th March, 2016. I requested to cancel order and giving refund of my amount. After That my order is closed on merchant website syberplace.com. And they notify item refunded. But PayUmoney not providing refund till now. Refundable amount is 7919.01 INR. I have tried to purchased one railway ticket by internet with assistance of pauyumoney...but due to unavoidable reason ticket money was deduced but no ticket confirmed...please confirm the ticket which is tomorrow or reimburse my money in my account...

I was booked bus ticket 3 Salem to marthandam by KPN travels through Payumoney the amount was detected from my bank on 13.04.16 [Rs1860] but i did not rcvd the ticket, on 16.04.16 I got the msg stating that the amount has been processed and it will be reflect in your account in 3-5 working days so for i did not received the amont
