[Resolved]  PayUMoney — payment deducted but not reversed

Dear sir/madam, i made the payment through icici netbanking of Rs. 3376.23 two times (twice) to PayUMoney as school of open learning university of delhi as Client Devendra SOL Payment which transaction details BIL/[protected]/Client Devendra SOL Payment/23456392_PAY and BIL/[protected]/SOL Payment/[protected]_PAYUM but payment failed so i made the same payment to PayUMoney with my citi bank credit card ending with 9999 and payment got successfull. but till now my both payments did not reverse. kindly reverse it as soon as possible.
