PayUMoney — Transaction failed but amount got debited | |||
Hello I booked 6 beds at zostel.com by debit card banking and made a transaction of Rs. 269 but I have not got any confirmation of booking from zostel.My money has got debited from my account and i got a message from my bank that I made a purchase worth Rs269.1 on POS 70010241 at WWW ZOSTEL COM GURGAON IN txn#[protected]. For about an hour PayUMoney was processing my payment but it failed. I don't understand how come my money got debited when transaction was not complete. Kindly give a solution and confirm my booking.Please respond ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have opted for postal study course in made easy and then I chose online payment through my debit card. I have been directed to payumoney transaction and a sum of Rs. 9051.82 has to be paid. I received OTP number and as soon as I put it in the option given. There was a message on screen that your transaction has been failed but I received message from bank that Rs. 9051.82 has been charged from my account in Mumbai at www.payumoney.com
