we have opted for a scheme for 12 months in which we had to deposit Rs 5000 per month in december 2013 and regularly deposited the above said amount upto july 2014( 8 installments). At the start of the scheme your reperesentative at rohtak branch gave us misleading information regarding purchase of itmens on completion of the scheme. A few days back we received a call saying the scheme is closed by RBI and you can get your amount back that you have deposited so far. After reaching your store we were told to purchase some gold or diamond items. When we selected a 22 carat gold ginni then they told us that we cant purchase a ginni in this scheme but at starting time they told us that we can buy anything we like. It is very unfortunate on your part that your employees are misleading the customers. When we asked them to refund our money that time also they refused to do so and told us that your money will be refunded only in form of cheque but when they are taking their payments in cash then how can you deny cash payments to your customers. Unfortunately, it is not the right thing to do and above all your branch is not giving any interest on the deposit that they used for 8 months and it is against the RBI norms. Please look into the matter and reply within 3 days otherwise i will be seeking justice by filing a complaint with CONSUMER FORUM.
