Pc Technology Pvt. Ltd. — They are charging for training but training not providing and also not refunding money

PC Technology Pvt Ltd. recently (22nd April, 2016) made a Campus Recruitment Drive for IGNOU BCA/MCA Final year students at Indian Institute of Psychometry, Dunlop, Kolkata, where they distributed Offer Letters at a random amongst the students and gave the condition that they have to submit Rs.25, 000 to the Company and this money would be refundable after completion of 1 yr of service period from the DOJ.The Training would be for 90 days (i.e. 4.5 months excluding Holidays) and the hired employees would be given a Stipend of Rs. 6000 per month during Training and this Stipend would not be payable every month, instead the total Stipend amount (of 90 days period) will be paid after the Training is over. The Salary payabe per month will be between Rs.10-15K every month.The Company also told the students that they have to bring 100 Rs. Bond Paper before Joining and the Bond will be signed both by the student and the Management.

The Company' policies really seems to be fishy when it comes to the delivery of Stipend/ Salary to the newly hired employees...

Hi they are taking all who attends interview and asking bond for 1 year and money deposit is this a fake or real company how to know.

Some people are saying that the companies who gave the money after the training period they will not provide the salaries for employees after the training section.Is it true.

Please can somebody help on this matter.And also one more thing that they are hiring at a bulk amount.Not sure the intention of this company.Please look onto this on urgent basis.
