I ordered a 350cst 15ml lubricant from their website-pcubedpuzzles.in on 19th January 2016.The order confirmation code is #5841.It has been 9 days since I placed the order and payed for it.It is not even shipped yet.I mailed to them many times but without any reply.I even called them several times but no one answers the calls.I request them to kindly deliver the item as early as possible.I didn't expect this kind of Customer Service from Pcubed Puzzles.Very sad.

When I contacted them, they informed me about the reason of the delay and promised to send it send it.After a few days, I got the delivery.
