[Resolved]  Pearl Honda, Gurgaon — Mishandling of my Honda CRV while on service at Sector 37, Gurgaon

My car number UP-78-DL-0005 had been sent for second free service at Pearl Honda Sector 37 Gurgaon. My car was picked around 9:20 AM in morning on 02/09/2014 and it was clearly informed that I had to leave for business trip tonight and had to travel around 4000Kms so the car needs to be properly checked and delivered back in the evening by 5 pm. Around 11: 45 am I get a call from Pearl Honda that during service the car Rear Glass and the Boot is damaged and I have to leave the car for 3 days. My Honda CRV is just couple of months old and is scratch less and not only this if I don’t leave today for my business I will face massive loss in business. I am not ready for such kind of business loss due to the negligence of service by pearl Honda. I am unable to understand how can people associated in a service centre not be trained enough to handle the car properly and instead of proper explanation they are telling me a similar situation can arise because of my fault also. When I give my car for servicing to service station I am assured that it would be handled with utmost care and I am definetely not prepared for such situations. I need resolution for the same on immediate basis or I am ready to take a legal action against them.
