Pearls India Ltd — About return of investment

Sir: I''m Manish singh kushwaha s/o Mr. Rajmani singh kushwaha, my father Invest in Pearls Company, 6 to 7 lac through a registered agent of pearls, 2015-16 is maturity year of investment. These amount are whole life saving, of my father, through the all sources, and I'm two brother and one sister.We are all a student in PGDM, B.Sc and Polytechnic. If this company are a bankrupt or dlist in SEBI in future and court declared frod. Then who return of investment money, Indian govt., SEBI or Company, because my father is a simple farmer and total 7 member in family, and no any other sources of money and I'm already take the loan by Bank for PGDM course. I hope that, no problem in return after maturity of investment. Please give me detail on my E-mail Id about investment return, and what can I do in this process . I'm waiting of reply.
