first main mail to the company Pensa Media Solutions 75-76, 1st Floor, Adhchini Aurbindo Marg, New Delhi - 110017, India, Phone : +[protected] IN RE Refund Amount for ineffective subscription for Product Go digital due to end of contract This is to bring to the kind notification to the company that My client Dark Hors Investment Solutions had purchased the Go Digital Subscription Via Invoice number Pensasme1415 5189 Dated 12/08/2014 from your company for a consideration of Rs 28090/ via Cheque No 0142527 drawn on Canara Bank. The above said subscription has been suffering from lack of leads improper leads unwanted leads outside region leads No visualisation of advertisement My Client has reported the above matter to your company several times via mail id [protected]@darkhors.co.in since the beginning of the contract to the following E- mail ids [protected]@pensamedia.com rohit.[protected]@pensamedia.in gaurav.[protected]@pensamedia.in 5th september repetitive leads resulting in cutting of money from account 8th september Reminder for inadequate leads 10th september Reply for inadequate leads with details provided by you 23rd september Reminder for inadequate leads & asking for genuine leads 11th october Stopping the contract & asking for refunding for balance amount from 21st october till now repetitive reminders for refund. But despite all my clients pleadings you have not made up the in the deficiency in services which is indeed regrettable and highly unbusiness like. On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same & My client eventually asked to stop the services . The suffered financial losses which you are liable to compensate to my client You are hereby finally called upon to Pay compensation for financial loss suffered Que to your negligence of ineffective services in the sum of Rs 22000 within 7 days of the receipt of this notice failing which My client shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such. proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of The Consumer 'Protection Act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note.
