Pension — Pension not deposited according to rule

Sir... I m kiran devi getting pension from sbi supaul main branch by a/c no[protected]. My ppo no. is s/116346. My husband dead during in se period on 6/7/2007. According to new rule i m applicable for full pension up to 10 year after date of death. but my pension became half from july 2014. My branch recommend my application to cppc patna.bt work is not progressd ...plz help..
