Pepe Jeans India — coupons of pepe jeans were not accepting as visited for 3times.

Hi sir/madam, I'm ravi paka I have got some coupons of pepe jeans worth of 2000, as I have redeemed the points from my credit card of SCB. When I went dilshuknagar showroom for the 1St time they were saying like come in the afternoon time, so I went 2nd time in the afternoon they said coupons code were not yet updated, so I went yesterday afternoon around 1 pm to the same showroom they said like discount offer was running at this point of time so we can't accept this coupons, u please come after 30th of may. I Now I was waiting for the offers to redeem the coupons, and this is not the first time I'm getting coupons. Late 3months back I took shopper stop coupons I went there and I took the goods and the offer was applicable why not for this showroom. I need an answer for this all.
