Pepe Jeans India — Jeans Teared off

I bought a pepe jeans london, 73 collection on 6 January 2015.I hardly wore it for 2 or 3 times. Today I noticed that the jeans is teared/implode below the zip.I purchased this jeans from Express Avenue Mall Chennai and I am a resident of Jammu, so kindly suggest me what to do. I am herewith attaching the photograph for your kind perusal. I am a regular user of pepe jeans, but never come across these problems ever. This is first time with me.
