Pepperfry — A week past the due date and have not received my product

I had given an order for a Hunibuny Executive Chair and had also done an online payment for the same, but have not received the product yet, it has been two weeks and has not reached my place. The money has been paid and I really need the product as soon as possible. Please do take a step immediately !

I last 4days pepepfry has been taking us for a ride . only giviinin dates . No service. CHEATING PUBLIC.
