Merchant : www.pepperfry.com Order no:[protected] return request ID 00654155 Item details when I placed order: Brand: HeveaPac Dimensions: 23 H x 31 W x 16 D Assembly: Carpenter Assembly Primary Material: Engineered Wood Room Type: Living Room Sku: FN1193774-Z-WH5046 I have canceled my order on 10-Nov-14 and still I didn't get my money back. Every I contact them the same replay I am facing "Your order is accepted for conciliation with in 2 days you will receive your money". Even I have escalated to there senior managers. As on today more than 20days passed and I am not sure how many 2 days I have to wait. My actual compliant (on 10-Nov-14): I have received my order[protected]. I would like to return it. I have attached photos of the product. Reason: Very bad quality. Made of plastic (legs and other supporting parts). It is not mentioned in the product description in web site.I am not at all satisfied. Last response I received from them, Dear Malleswara Rao, Please accept our sincere apologies for this less than satisfactory experience. We assure you that we’ll get back to you with a resolution at the earliest. Truly appreciate your understanding.
