[Resolved]  Pepperfry — Cheating, not returning my money back

Every I contact them the same replay I am facing "Your order is accepted for conciliation with in 2 days you will receive your money". Even I have escalated to there senior managers. As on today more than 20days passed and I am not sure how many 2 days I have to wait. My actual compliant (on 10-Nov-14): I have received my order[protected]. I would like to return it. I have attached photos of the product. Reason: Very bad quality. Made of plastic (legs and other supporting parts). It is not mentioned in the product description in web site.I am not at all satisfied. Last response I received from them, Dear Malleswara Rao, Please accept our sincere apologies for this less than satisfactory experience. We assure you that we’ll get back to you with a resolution at the earliest. Truly appreciate your understanding.
