[Resolved]  Pepperfry — Complaint ID[protected]

This is in reference to my recent purchase of a bed from Pepper fry website.

LexuQueen Size Box Storage Bed by Space wood
SKU: FN1058979-P-WH4374, QTY: 1, Cost - Rs 16500/-

The bed arrived, however the quality of the material being used is very low, its not even MDF but worse than that, the price paid against the furniture is very high compared to the quality being offered.

I requested for the assembly and carpenter did arrive to assemble the product, due to the quality of product, I advised him to pack it back as it arrived (pictures attached for reference).

Post that I called the customer care number and submitted a request for return, I was promised a call back in next 24 hours, that DID NOT HAPPEN. Then I called customer care after a few days again, I was promised a call back again - (Reference number for conversation - IAL[protected], Its been almost 1 week, post the second request and I have not received a call back.

Compalint id # 00774509.

Kindly help and help in getting the refund for the amount paid against the order.

Pepper fry Customer care (Escalation team) contacted me and offered me a compensation of intially Rs2500/- and later on of Rs6000/- and agreed for the carpenter assembly. The amount has been credited back into my account and Bed has assembled. I agreed for this arrangement and happy with the solution provided by pepper fry. Hence kindly resolve the complaint.
