Pepperfry — Defective product after aq long wait time | |||
Abhijay KS #1259, First floor 21'st C main 11th Cross HSR layout sector 1 I want to share my agony of ordering a double cot with online retailer pepperfry.com. After going through the TV advertisement and talking to customer care I decided to purchase double cot Order NO#[protected] on 9th March 2015. Invoice number# PPPL/MH/2014-15/0068091. After waiting till 20th March 2015 the item was finally delivered. To receive the shipment the wasted my leave on a working day. The delivery man asked for tips as against claimed by pepperfry advertisement as well. I ordered for assembly on 23rd March 2015, but to my agony when the carpenter opened the box he found the item defective. I am deeply hurt after paying about 18, 549.00 and killing the whole month and my 2 working days I received a defective product doesn't seem to be confidence inspiring. Even if pepperfy offer a refund I am not sure that will help me by means. What would account for the loss of trust, time, confidence, agony suffered. pepperfry should know when we order a product online we are not expecting that you give a defective product and offer a refund but we are expecting a quality product and quality service. Pepperfry has totally let me down and I am NOT going to order anything from pepperfry nor recommend my friends to do so. Was this information helpful? | |||
