i have purchased a floor mop of SKI HOMEWARE( SPINMOP 360 VOILET COLOUR) a couple of months back.After subjecting it to proper use the mop stick broke in the middle which has ghastly surprised me as the product was so undurable.I request you to register my compliant & take appropriate action as early as you could attend to it.
