Pepperfry — Half order cancelled and not refunding money - Pepperfry Order #[protected]

After placing order on 9th July the expected delivery date for bed was 20th July. When I got no confirmation mail for delivery I called up call center and they said it is cancelled however they are not ready to refund and cancel rest of order which is related item. Despite of my daily calls and follow ups, I haven't got refund.
