I placed an order for the above product with the online shopping (marketplace) pepperfry.com on 08/10/2015. For which I have an email and sms confirmation. On 10th I received a message by sms stating the product will be delivered by Mr. Prahlad Khandagle mentioning his contact. Evening when I reached home from office i found out that the product delivered was an incorrect product, it was 9.00 pm I called up customer service and briefed him about the same, he refused taking the complaint stating that the complaint has to be through mail and he would require the images of the product received This was on 10th Oct Saturday. Monday I mailed the complaint on [protected]@pepperfry.com with a cc to [protected]@pepperfry.com along with images. I did not receive a reply, the next day evening I was forced to call the customer service, who bluntly declined of receiving any such complaint. After a couple of communication, today I received a final reply from them stating they will not deliver the order I have placed for and they are giving me 2 options (1) either take what I have received and difference amount they will refund (2) they will collect already delivered product in 3 days time, and within 8-10 days time they will credit the amount into my account Till date i have not received any reply on the above, moreover; The EMI with interest is already being deducted from my bank account. The wrong product which they have delivered is still lying at our home, which since two month, every day we clean house, the same has to shifted, being heavy, my wife has already strained her back. The shelf which should have been received before Diwali Festival, so that we could place our TV, is still kept on the floor, as we are not sure. Was this information helpful? | |||||
