[Resolved] Pepperfry — Incomplete Delivery Of Furniture on 29th Sept 2015 | |||||
Order Number:[protected]. My complaint number is : 00981143. The order is for 2 sets of Mariana Teak Wood Sofa Set in Fresh Walnut Finish. (3 seater + 1 seater + 1 seater) On 29th Sept, 1 seater sofa chair was missing in the part of the delivery. I was informed that it would be delivered in two days. On the delivery challan, I have mentioned that 1 seater chair has not been provided. I was given the number of Sandeep - Mobile number [protected] for follow up. On 1st Oct, I called up Sandeep and he again said in two days, the product would be delivered. After that day, Sandeep doesn't answer my calls. I have been following up with the customer service department regularly and the only answer I get is "someone will get back to you in 24 hours." It has been 8 days since the delivery and no one from Pepperfry has bothered to communicate either by phone or email. I have paid the full amount on 30th Aug 2015 and yet there is no sign of any service. I would like to know when am I getting my 1 seater sofa whose complete payment has been done on 30th Aug 2015?
