[Resolved] Pepperfry — Misrepresentation on returns policy | |||
Hi I had placed my first time order on Pepperfry, 2 step Bathla aluminium ladder under order number[protected]. When I received the order I realised that 2 step is small & does not meet my requirement. I immediately called them back & asked them to exchange it for a 3 step ladder. The service team mentioned that they cannot do the same as the "30 days return policy" is only for furniture & not home appliances. As a first time user of this website I feel completely cheated as they have some hidden T&Cs which deny clients their rights. Visual representation on some of these products do not help you to make decisions & such inflexible policies will lead these companies to closure. In this case I'm not even asking my money back but ready to pay them more for a 3 step ladder however they have done rule book thrown at me to deny the same. For sure I'm not coming back in their website & will advise all to ponder before falling to their lure of gimmick advertising. Was this information helpful? | |||
