[Resolved] Pepperfry — Non delivery of ShoeRack | |||
order no:[protected]. Twice there was a call about delivery and no delivery was made. The officer in charge Fiona was unhelpful when contacted. I wrote three emails and called about 5 times. There was no explanation. Fiona kept saying that the item was on top of the delivery list but couldnt explain why delivery was not made and could not give any assurance about when the delivery would be made. Refund has not been made. Really the kind of experience that makes you think twice about such online ventures. Was this information helpful? | |||
