[Resolved] Pepperfry — Non receipt of prepaid products since a month | |||||
Reg order number[protected] I am yet to receive this order worth Rs.5000 from Pepperfry. I have followed up with customer care at least 11 times in the past one month. The customer care reps are saying there has been repeated attempts at delivery, and they haven't been able to reach me. This is completely false as I received an SMS only once for delivery of 1 of 5 products I place an order for. I was unable to take delivery that day. Since then I have followed up 11 times and always been promised delivery within 48 hours. Everytime I call they give me a different reason, address is not right, Bangalore warehouse is having issues. I am giving one star for them as I am not able to give less than that, these guys are pathetic. There was no information given on estimated shipping time until you pay the money, once you paid then the screen comes out and says 40 days. In this fast world you take 40 days to deliver a product. Guys please spread the word in social media I have already started the campaign about these bogus online shopping sites.
