[Resolved] Pepperfry — Not delivering the goods ordered after payment and no proper respnse from ustomer support | |||
I had Ordered All Time 3 Pcs Container Set 750ml - Pink of 20 pieces and made a payment online when ordering on 8th May as per the order the products have to be delivered by 19 May, but it was failed to be delivered when contacted the pepper fry they gave just one response that they are trying to reach to their logistics partner and no response from them the only option they give is just cancel the order and refund which was not acceptable as I have no time to go buy the products outside in the market and also this was ordered to give as return gifts for the party being hosted by me when the call gets disconnected due to my mobile or network issue without my confirmation the team is going ahead and cancelling the order rather than solving the issue and delivering the product. this order was been tried to cancel by the Pepper fry team twice without my consent and confirmation Finally I myself contacted the safeexpress where the products was courired through to get an update. When a customer can contact their logistic partner why can their team contact them and get an update. This clearly seems to be case of negligence towards the customer and I demand a compensation from the team for all the inconvinenec caused as I had made multiple calls to them without any luck of the issue being resolved Was this information helpful? | |||
