I ordered a chair, ordered number[protected], received a damage product, on the same day raised complain. After that i am keep on following up with them every day on call, every time they say concern team will call you for the resolution but never received any call from them, when i asked for money customer care representative put me on hold for 10 mins. i need my money back, feel like cheated, please help how can i get my money back, i swear i will never by any product from pepperfy nor advice any one to buy. They very unprofessional organization, issue may happen, but their response is very much frustrating.
