Pepperfry — Pathetic delivery and insensitive customer care staff | |||||
This is with utter frustration that i am writing this that my first experience with pepperfry has been pathetic. Even after waiting patiently for multiple times when I was promised that a new airway bill number will be shared it has not been done so.The customer service center is so hopeless that they do not allow to speak to a senior person. I have placed the order on 21st Dec 15 and was issued a wrong airway bill number. To my astonishment the product is being shown as delivered on 31st Dec 15..although the customer service center have been confirming that the product is not delivered and i should be ignoring the status. The complaint number 01105250 has been lodged for so many days but the pathetic response time and no different approach being taken by unprofessional staff has not done anything to resolve except for writing mails to a department which never responds. This is totally unprofessional and I demand the damages. I would be forced to go to consumer court now if i do not get the resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||||
