[Resolved] Pepperfry — Product i received is not the same colour and material which i see is mentioned in website

I ordered a Sofa and single Chair which is Buff Colour and Leatherette. What I have received is Ivory Colour also the material looks like Rexine. When i asked for Return, Pepperfry Executive says its same colour and Material is also Leatherette, so they will not return this Product. I will attach Pictures of Sofa that i have received. Also in a pic i have put comparison on what i have received vs what is there in Website.

Updated by Vivek R Trivedi I again got a call from Pepperfry. Her Name is Dhakshitha. She is a Case Manager(This is what she told me) in pepperfry. She turned Deaf ears to my concerns. What ever i spoke she was not ready to listen . She jus said she is not ready to get it returned.
