[Resolved] Pepperfry — Product No.[protected] | |||||
I orderded for product "Madison Console Table in Provincial Teak Finish by Woodsworth" on 07-Oct-16, and it was supposed to be delivered by 21-Nov-16. I got message that it will be delivered by 02-Nov-16 and was not delivered and since waiting for some 20 days when inquired on customer care on 22-Nov-16, they told that product is damaged during shipment and cannot be delivered, so refund will initiate in 48 hours. However, on following up further for 2 times, they assured of refund initiate but it has not happened till today (28-Nov-16).
