[Resolved] Pepperfry — Product not delivered / delivered at different location | |||||
I had ordered an ESPRIT Golf Aqua Green Umbrella on 26th Nov 2015 to be delivered in Chennai (K.K.Nagar - 600078) . However the same has not been delivered to my address yet. On contacting pepperfry I have been informed that It has been delivered to some Rahul ( In bangalore, who is unknown and not known to me whatsoever).On top of this they want me to check their proof of delivery (which is obviously incorrect ) and verify before they initiate the refund process. Am sick to the core with having to call pepperfry customer care every other day . This is my worst experience is any e-commerce platform till date. Deeply disappointing and stressful. I would just like for the refund process to be initiated and my amount refunded at the earliest possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
