[Resolved] Pepperfry — Refund of money for supplying damaged product | |||||
Order no[protected], i was initially informed that the damaged order shall be picked back in 2-3 days. However, everyday i am being told that it shall be picked up in 1-2 days. However, the same has not been picked up even after 7 days. I am not receiving any proper information. There is no escalation. Really feel sorry about the service being given by the company to their customer who trust on the company and make upfront payment. Whenever i speak to the customer care, they tell us not to worry. Please tell me, why should i not worry, my amount of approx. Rs.24000/- is blocked, the product is lying unused and occupying the vacant space of our room which is looking very bad and everyday, i am following up and requesting to take back the damaged order. Request you to please arrange to pick the damaged order by today itself and refund my money, if not please provide the escalation so that i can speak to them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
