[Resolved] Pepperfry — Shipment not delivered | |||
Hi I had purchased a floortu casa floor lamp order no[protected] on 27 th june 2015 from the online furtniture webesite pepper fry.com. It was to be delivered via shipment de1136204-p-od2018 awb no[protected]Safexpress) between 3rd july to 8th july 2015. I have made two levels of customer enquiries on the 2nd july and one on the 8th july, to my utter dismay there is no system of compliant logging also the customer service executive was absolutely lax and very candidly replied my shipment hadnt reached mumbai hence will be delivered the next day. When asked for a senior officeal i was told that they would arrange for a call back by 24 hours which i think is ridiculous. My opinion if the senior officials are too busy to attend to customer especially if there has been a default at their end they have no reason to be in the market Was this information helpful? | |||
