[Resolved] Pepperfry — Uninformed terms and conditions on return of an item | |||||
Dear Sir, I bought Anantaran Artistic 4 Inch Clock Dia Aluminium Table Clock on March-11-2016. The clock stopped working on 25th or 26th March-2016. I contacted Pepperfry and got call from its representative. I have send the recent pictures as per the telephonic conversation. Today i.e. on[protected] I received a message that the return is not possible and it would have only be possible withing a week. This clock did not work for even 10 days. There was nowhere mentioned in the website that I would have to return within seven (7) days. This pepperfry is fraud and cheating to the customers by selling substandard items and even not letting return the items. Was this information helpful? | |||||
