[Resolved] Pepperfry — Wrong parts and unhelpful service | |||
Order Id:[protected] Order placed: 5-April-2015 SKU : FM1110147-P-OD2946 I ordered a queen size bed which got delivered on 7-May-2015. After the delivery guys unpacked the package, we realized that the head panel and foot panel are of king size, where as all the remaining part are of queen size. Called customer care and they set up an appointment with carpenter for next day. Ofcourse carpenter could not assemble the bed. But he mentioned that there is a similar case in the same city (~20 kms away) where some body ordered a king size bed and received head and foot panel of queen size. He said that probably the parts got interchanged. Called customer care again, and they said they would arrange to swap the parts. We were assured that this whole mess will be cleared in 3-4 days. Meanwhile we filled formal complaint on the company website (with photographs) After 4 days, when the delivery guys tried to swap the wrong components, they realised that the parts will not fit into our bed. The customer care is no helpful in resolving the issue Is there no value for customer time & patience? We are wasting so much of effort in all the useless follow ups. Really frustrating...
