When you look at the mattress they have given another number[protected] which is a Coimbatore number.
When you call this number again the same result. Number is not in use.
Do they even have any office or customer support ???

i brought PEPS mattress in Nov 2016 and now it went of shape and if you sleep on the mattress, you will get feeling as if you were sleeping on hamak. PEPS india team is not responding properly even after providing 10 years of warranty and wants me to pay money for service. they are saying all spring mattress would be like this deal with it and there is not problem with the mattress. i am planning to file a case against them. i would suggest all PEPS customers who suffered should combined together and file a case. if you are interested please mail me at mraju.[protected]@gmail.com.
